Terms Of Service
Please read the following and understand them before making an appointment.
1) There are no free estimates. Please call with your plumbing problem and we will let you know over the phone if we can or we will let you know how much it will be to come out and look at it.
2) COD Only. We do not bill residental customers. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Payment is due at the time of service. A 10% deposit may be requierd on bigger job.
3) The homeowner must sign the estimate before the work is to start. Once the work starts and new work or additional work is added/needed, a change order will be written up and must be signed. Once the work is compleated, the invoice must be signed by the one who signed the estimate.
4) Tenants are not allowed to call in work needed on thier landlords property. I have a few special customers who have this privlage.
5) Warranties are job/task specific. The warranty will be written out on the estimate/invoice. There will be no warranty on any parts provided by the customer. Pop-up assemblies and basket strainers provided by the customer will not cary a labor warranty also.
